When I traveled for business I invariably was here for Canada Day and Canadian Thanksgiving, and up in Winnipeg (or wherever) for July 4th, US Thanksgiving, and even Good Friday (when you could not buy liquor, not even sacramental wine).
My 4th of July so far has consisted of getting on a Swiss flight from Zurich to JFK and meeting pagerbear, pagercub and bearfuz for dinner at a Mexican restaurant.
