Creamy Cocoa Mix
Ingredients:

3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1½ cups cocoa powder (Dutch-processed preferred, but regular okay)
1½ cups chopped Ghiradelli Peppermint Bark or chopped white chocolate
1 teaspoon fine-grain salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sift confectioner's sugar and cocoa. Finely chop the Peppermint Bark/white chocolate. Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
2. To make hot cocoa, put 1/3 cup of the cocoa mix in a mug and stir in 1 cup of hot milk or water. Optional: Top with whipped cream or miniature marshmallows. Mmmm....
Makes 20 servings.

Instead of baked chicken, I'll probably just use sous vide chicken, or store-bought rotisserie chicken.

I wanted a way in Design View to show some special instructions for running the query. This way worked for my needs.

I created a table with short field name descriptions, but no actual data:
INSTRUCTIONS
For Plan_1 column
add the plan name
to the Criteria and
if that plan is XYZ
be sure to add
XX422 to the
Brand_Name criteria

I then just outer-linked one of its field from a text field of another table in the query.

Although not convicted of duggary, I think we should be able to phone in a vote to add Josh Duggar to the sexual predator registry.

Just trying to get #duggary out there for Dan Savage. Urban Dictionary already has it.

OMG, I found Steak-umms in SF. This horrible midwest staple has been on my search list for years. Based on Yelp reviews, I knew that I wasn't the only one looking.

I was on break at Safeway on King Street, as one does, and was headed to the checkout counter when I spied that long-lost logo.

Many late nights at the college snackbar were spent with one of these sandwiches. I weighed 130#. (FYI, I don't now.)

Authorities at Secret, an anonymous Android and iOS message sharing application, will begin requiring members to use "Real" names?

I import reports daily to Excel and apply the same filters every morning before sending it to the client.

Now I use Custom View to do this mindlessly. Once you've applied the filters you want to save (including print settings if you want), go to the View tab, then click on Custom Views in the Workbook Views section. ADD and name your view.

Next time, just go to View, Custom Views, and click SHOW.

When you open a new workbook, Excel shows 3 worksheets by default. Most times I only use one, so I wanted to change the default.

1. Click the Office button at the upper-left corner.office_button
2. Click Excel Options button at bottom right of window.Excel_Options
3. The page opens to "Popular." In the middle section "When creating new workbooks," change "Include this many sheets" from 3 to 1.include_this_many_sheets

Once in awhile, I wonder if a website is "down" or if it's "just me." Stumbled across "http://websitenotworking.com" which is pretty easy for me to remember. It just has you type in the url of the website in question.

1 cup milk
3/4 cups alchohol (see some flavor combinations below)
1 box instant pudding mix
1 8oz tub Cool Whip
1 gallon size Ziploc baggie
2oz plastic serving containers (jello shot cups) with lids.

Beat milk and pudding mix on low speed until mixed, then beat on high speed for two minutes. Add alcohol and beat for another minute. Fold in Cool Whip on low speed.

Pour contents into the baggie. Get most of the air out and seal. Snip about a quarter inch from one corner of the baggie. Squeeze pudding into 2oz cups, about two-thirds full. Put on lids, and store in freezer for at least two hours and up to two weeks.

Serve right from freezer. May sit out at room temperature for several hours.

Pudding/alcohol combinations (use your imagination!):
Chocolate/Fireball whiskey
Pistachio/Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
Oreo/Cookie dough vodka
Cheesecake/Strawberry rum
