Internet up and running!

Came home and my computer said it was still trying to install. I uninstalled, re-installed, etc. Still no luck. I called tech support. Very little wait, then the guy quickly helped me. The installation had changed my browser to use a proxy server. Eliminated that, now it works fine. Actually, it works GREAT! It is MUCH faster than my previous DSL, and the line doesn't drop every 15-20 seconds like before. I think the problem with the old line was bad wiring in the mansion. So far, this kicks ass. Of course, this is the first hour. Stay tuned for grumbling about any problems I encounter!

Please do use the old font of character please! it's so easier to read and it adds a je-ne-sais-quoi casual, so unlike what we read at the office.

I went ahead and changed the FONT for the "extra" last two entries. I intend to use it for my "main" entries, but some quick entries I may leave as a different font. I changed those in question just out of sheer joy that someone reads and comments on this blather. :-) I may be experimenting with different fonts/color for alternating days, but not today. Your feedback is appreciated!
