Came home and my computer said it was still trying to install. I uninstalled, re-installed, etc. Still no luck. I called tech support. Very little wait, then the guy quickly helped me. The installation had changed my browser to use a proxy server. Eliminated that, now it works fine. Actually, it works GREAT! It is MUCH faster than my previous DSL, and the line doesn't drop every 15-20 seconds like before. I think the problem with the old line was bad wiring in the mansion. So far, this kicks ass. Of course, this is the first hour. Stay tuned for grumbling about any problems I encounter!
