Friday work

A friend got me some temp office work for a few hours on Friday afternoon in the Marina District. On the way home, I realized the changes along the #22 bus route. The bus ventured through tony Cow Hollow and up through posh Pac Heights.

Near one home: a staff of five uniformed caterers stood lined up in the driveway, awaiting inspection.

Then over the hill and down through the fun part of Lower Pac Heights. I noticed some new restaurants that we'll have to check out. Then through the crappy Western Addition.

Near one homeless person: a staph of five uninformed loiterers lined up in front of the PayDay Loan Center, awaiting infection.

This afternoon is a few more hours of temp work at the same place. Yay.

No coffee, bitch

Russell spies Steve and Gary crossing 18th Street. I go to Walgreens, Steve goes to Starbears.

Russell: So where is that handsome guy I saw you with?

Steve: I wasn't with any handsome guy.

Gary shows up. Russell mentions above conversation. Gary goes into Starbears and returns without anything for Steve.
