Busy today, so just a brief synopsis of Friday & Saturday:

Got home Friday and Steve was not home. Got a call from him later to meet him at The Edge. Two bourbon & waters is enough for Steve. (Especially the strong ones made at The Edge.) I got there, and he had FIVE. Okey doke, time to go.

Saturday we went to Jackson's housewarming. Interesting to be back in Casa Sanchez again with so many ex-Casa Sanchez folks. I could see part of the mansion from his window.

Went to [livejournal.com profile] bowlerbehr's place for dinner and some games. I'm going to have to get the game "Catch Phrase" for game nights. It was fun.

Sunday's A2 class was okay, but I need to remember to sit out more tips in order to be "fresher" for the C2 class afterwards.

There was no problem with me joining the C2 class. A few people thanked me for joining, although I'm not sure why. Before class, I mentioned to Harlan that I decided to go ahead and join the class. He said, "You're making the appropriate decision." Um, ok.

The class was pretty fun, and I kept up pretty well. Harlan had sent out the teaching order on Sunday morning, so I had studied the day's calls before going to class. Doing C2 certainly is helping my C1 dancing, since lots of C1 calls are obviously used.

Andy was in my square a couple times. He seems even more fun as a student than as a teacher. Square dancing is great for flirting, which is pretty much expected. One flirt thing that people do is to fold back their middle finger into your palm when you're holding hands. Andy did that to me once. Tee-hee!

Got home and watched the end of the Super Bowl with Steve. I just can't keep up on those homeruns or whatever. Then we watched Survivor and then this past week's episode of The Apprentice that Steve taped.
