Tuesday afternoon/evening

fuzzygrufMy boss left early yesterday for a doctor's appointment, so I didn't have to stay late for our bi-weekly one-on-one. I wasn't dreading it or anything. Just not much going on.
I stopped on the way home from work and got my honey a dozen roses. It's nice to be in love with my husband and know that he loves me in return.
I did some more moving stuff around for Merry-aoke. Egads, I'm not prepared.
Steve made a great dinner. With Hannukah starting on Friday, he made latkes. Of course, I somehow think that serving them with pork chops isn't exactly Hannukah-like.
Attendance at FCD was sparse. We even had to wait for awhile before we had enough dancers for club dancing. Steve got a cake at Safeway for our anniversary and brought it to share. That seemed well-received.
Bob asked me how Advanced class was going. I said "badly" before realizing that Dan was standing there. He mentioned that he was indeed bad. At least he studies. I went on to talk about dancers worse than him and kinda ignore his comments.
There are a few really bad FCD students. From a stand still position, they can't even figure out their right hand from their left. Less than two months to go, and I'm sure certain students won't be allowed to move up to Plus. Whew. On the other hand, there are some really good students, like Gerry. Wish there were more like him in this class.
Got home and watched QEftSG. I didn't find it too exciting, but it was good to see that the straight guys were really appreciative of the experience. But like any other reality TV junk, I think it'd be more fun to hear from the guys who had bad experiences.
Went to bed and slept okay. Had a weird dream about moving into an apartment with a couple of people I really didn't know. I was to share a room with some other guy, and there a woman was in the other bedroom. It was a nice place, but it shared a door with a restaurant, and there was not a door to lock between the two. Then we had to meet with a lawyer and other people, including some crazy woman who had flash cards but was "taking the wrong test." Bizarre.
