fuzzygruf | Thursday evening

After my interviews, I headed home. I forgot my umbrella, so I arrived home pretty wet. I changed clothes then went with Steve to Firewood for dinner.

Got home, took out the trash, then Steve let me borrow his car to drive down to Redwood City for my C1 class. It rained the whole way. When I got off the exit, the windshield wipers stopped. Good thing that didn't happen on the highway. I turned them off for a few minutes, then got them to work again. They stopped a couple minutes later. The rain had subsided, so it didn't become a problem. I had to use the wipers on the way home, and they worked fine. Gotta get 'em checked!

Class was ok. We only had enough for two squares. Near the end of the night, my mind went blank on one call, so I was able to get Andy to call out my name to get me to the right spot. My aim is to not let that ever happen, so I get a bit disappointed with myself when it does happen. I did fine other than that, so I can live with it. * sigh *

Got home a bit after 10pm, and Steve and I played a game of Scrabble before heading to bed.
