Instead of just grumbling on my blog about Bank of America's new ATM interface (and emailing them but getting no response), I went into the Spear Street BofA location today and cordially asked a teller for the phone number of whom to call to complain. She complained about the new system as well. Seem they changed the system inside the bank, too. Now they get three receipts for a deposit instead of one. She happily gave me the number to "Customer Solutions:"

The woman I spoke with basically told me that they wouldn't be doing anything about it. She did say that she'd submit my complaint to higher management. I told her I'd pass along this phone number to my friends, and she encouraged me to do so.

I asked if she had used the new ATM interface. She replied that she had. I asked what she thought. "I am not allowed to give my personal opinion." LOL.
