I noticed the other day that Bank of America has changed their ATM interface. It's so crude. My first thought was "shoddy programming from India." First you get a warning message that the screens have changed and to "press any button to continue." Not being annoying enough, it's only one set of the buttons that are really the "any button." Then a screen for your language, then a screen for your PIN. Parts of the screen are highlighted for no reason. It's as if someone was playing a practical joke. I finally sent them an email today to complain. Of course, I did mention "shoddy programming from India."

I'm glad i'm not the only one pissed off about this. I stopped off at BofA on Monday in the Castro after my Dr's appointment. I was all set to start hitting buttons as i've done enough times that I don't have to read or look at the screens. And all of a sudden it's all changed. And they're more of a pain than they were before. I don't want to have to go through all the shitload of screens just to take out some cash. There was nothing wrong with it before.
