Kept busy at work yesterday. Ben came over with some additional requirements multiplying the JCL changes by about 3 times. Grrrrrr. At least it keeps me occupied. Had my bi-weekly meeting with my boss. I asked about the offshore plans since she said she'd be able to tell us by the 15th. Apparently they've had more meetings and are starting to realize that my department spends most of the time do analysis and very little time doing actual coding. Duh. Now they're still deciding whether to actually pursue offshoring my department's work. Hmmmmm.

Got home to find workers in the bathroom. They had made a big hole in the ceiling to fix the leaking drainpipe from upstairs. The wood is wet, so Arthur wants to leave the hole exposed for a couple weeks to let it air out before putting in a new ceiling. Meanwhile, it seems the wet, open ceiling might be giving Steve respiratory problems. Grrrrr.

Tom Kelly dropped by to pick up Steve for the playwright workshop. Steve gave him a quick tour, then they were off. I went to FCD for the evening. Danced with some of the sexy students. I love when they're flirty. During announcements, [livejournal.com profile] ricksf mentioned the C1 class. He said something like, If you're an experienced Advanced level dancer or Gary Young, you might want to attend the C1 class. LOL. I pretended I didn't hear, but Andy pointed at me at mouthed "That's you!" After class, I was up front with Rich Reel and Andy. Rich asked if I was going to the C1 class. I said I was considering it. Andy said I was a quick learner and would do fine. Whew. I've been wondering how I was going to ask him if he thought if it was fine for me to attend. Glad that's out of the way. It's time for my studying to pay off.
