fuzzygruf | Uneventful Monday

Nothing too exciting on Monday. Had our weekly Monday project meeting. A new person to the project showed up. Her name was Yvonne. My boss pronounced it was a long EEEEE at the end. They corrected her, but she said it again the same way. Ah, at least she makes me laugh.

I expected the gym to be less crowded due to the holiday, but it seemed a bit busier than usual. Did the treadmill, showered, then got some steam. Guys were talking politics. Eeek. Talk about inappropriate behavior in a steam room....

I almost couldn't unlock my locker. I've been keeping my combination lock in the same baggie as my toiletries. Seems that the insides have rusted from the moisture. I finally got the lock open, and I promptly tossed it. Got a new lock later at Walgreens.

On my way home, Double-0-Steven drove by on 18th Street on his way down the peninsula. He honked and pulled over. Woof.

I unpacked a box of wall hangings, played on the computer and watched TV. When Steve got home, he helped me put up the rest of the wall stuff in the bathroom. We played a game of Scrabble, and I headed to bed around 11pm.
