Fairy this, fairy that

At PT yesterday, my physical therapist had me do even more new exercises. Strength is a problem in the leg, and it's obvious when she has me do the stand-on-one-leg-like-a-flamingo exercises. For one exercise, she gave me a "wand," and I had to bend over to touch a mark on the floor with it. I imagined being a fairy godmother.

Afterwards, I noticed Britshoppe, where they sell British goods. I never had noticed it there before (near Potrero & 16th). My first thought was to stop by to get some Fairy soap for my new godmother image, but I saw my bus approaching.

I went to our local world market before Christmas for some gifties for Danny. They had Branston Pickle, which he adores, as well as some other British Isles food. I did NOT see Haggis, but then again, he's not Scottish. I did pick up some Oatcakes, which he found totally abhorrent!

I didn't see any Fairy Soap...I'll have to go look again!

I wish I could cast a spell and get your legs back to a good order. Mine seems to be coming along quicker. :(

Oh, it's coming along okay. This type of injury just takes a long time to heal. The other leg compensates a lot, and I don't realize how much until she makes me do these exercises that test it. I'm pretty impressed with how they're able to pinpoint weaknesses.

You should have had Steve bring back some Fairy products from Spain. It's produced by Proctor and Gamble who market similar products under the brand names Tide and Ivory in the US.
