Busy at work yesterday tracking down "domain owners." Need some extra sign-off for the "big" project paperwork. Had our bi-weekly team meeting. Boring. No news. It looks like it'll be October 15th before more offshore announcements.

About a month ago, someone else had expressed an interest in helping with doing bingo for IBR. The upfront prep is a one-man operation, so I originally declined help at the time (mostly due to the fiasco Ruby caused by "helping" last year with making up information and nearly causing supplies to be double-ordered). With C1 classes taking place on Thursdays and interferring with some IBR planning nights, I need to give up control of some IBR stuff. I was able to get George to agree to take over bingo prep. One reason I originally volunteered to do it again was because it was really simple to plan and organize. I'll have great notes to pass on to him.

Got home and was exhausted. I don't think doing the treadmill every day is wearing me out, as that usually boosts energy. I've just been fatigued lately. I had plans to take the train to Palo Alto for ECR, but decided to skip. I need the floortime for Advanced, but my body needed the rest. I start Advanced class on Sunday anyhow. The last couple days I've been going over the C1 definitions/concepts while on the treadmill. I read the definitions during the first and last 10 minutes of walking. While I run for 10 minutes, I look at the call name and review the definition in my head. I've pretty much learned the 20 calls taught during the first four weeks of C1 class. Of course, concepts like "Stretch" are going to take a lot of floortime since it can be used numerous ways.

Steve cooked honey mustard chicken for dinner. We watched TV, then I did some laundry and the dishes. The plumber comes this evening to attached the broken copper piping to the refrigerator's icemaker. We can then turn back on the water that controls the icemaker and the dishwasher. Manually washing dishes sucks.

Woke up still feeling tired this morning. Maybe it's the cooler mornings. I dunno. That reminds me....must take vitamin....

I think it's just the changing in climate and hours of daylight etc... I've been feeling the same way recently. But then when I got to thinking more about it. I tend to get like this about this time every year. I really do think the climate changing, cooler weather and shorter daylight hours play a big part in my energy shift
