(Reposted from Sunday)
Steve stayed home while I took Muni to the LS around 5pm. Hung around there for a couple hours and then walked over to Bearhug. I wasn't expecting to work, but Trey put me up front right away. No problem, although I felt bad that I hadn't arrived sooner to help out. The hot tub wasn't working, so everyone was getting a $1 discount. Usual $15 buddy card entries were now $14, and regular $18 entry was $17. We kept running out of one dollar bills for change. Eek.
I got with a few different guys who were in the sling. I love functional furniture. I also spent some time with one of the students in the square dance class, same as last week. Woof.
JC mentioned that he's scheduled a Mr. Lone Star contest for October 25th. Ah, giving up my crown at last. Without being able to do benefits at the LS since early spring due to their occupancy problems, having the title hasn't been a big thing. I'm glad that I was able to get in one benefit before they were eliminated, but it would've been nice to do more.

beeftenderloin(68.43.13.144) What is a Bearhug and a Beerbust for those of us not in a bearcentric city like SF? Are they like happy hour, an orgy, a fund raiser?
Oh and your sexual conquests have been noted "I got with a few different guys who were in the sling." real nice, Gary. Did you not see that George Michael video with him writing in lipstick? Ha!

beeftenderloin(68.43.13.144) GM has had his share of public scrutiny. Imagine exposing yourself in a restroom, that practically is a warm hello at Lone Star. :)

dacubsf(67.160.203.171) I've done it many times. I just wish my restroom ascapades had made the news. I just want my 15 minutes of fame

beeftenderloin(68.43.13.144) ...how Andy Warhol of you. We could do a webcam "streaming" (word selection intentional) of you and your manhood at a urinal. That would get a few hits, I'm sure. When are you free for your extreme close-up?

fuzzygruf(162.93.14.71) Beerbust: All beer/soda for one price during certain hours. Previously, the bar split proceeds with groups or individuals as a fundraiser.
Bearhug: Bi-monthly sex party. Condom/lubes provided.
GM video: I blame that GM video for my naivete during the 80's. I was in a monogamous relationship with Neal. GM's lipstick scene played over and over in my head. I thought monogamy was a form of safe sex. It wasn't until after I contracted HIV from Neal that I figured out that his words about monogamy did not match his actions. Dopey me.
Anyhow, was the GM reference a snipe about open relationships, or was it an appeal to make more use of cosmetics during sex? I'm guessing the latter and am open to suggestions on their use.
