My boss had a "candid" conversation with me about some project I'm working on. She didn't understand the status, but she seemed to "get it" after I explained things to her. I'm pretty much on top of it, but am just waiting for another group right now. I even asked her for more work. We talked about me moving out of the group to the "Talent Movement" pool. I confirmed that yes, I wanted a job at Schwab. A couple years ago, they were asking for volunteers for layoffs. I expressed an interest at that time in taking the severance package (jobs were far easier to find then). Damn her memory.

We went to Firewood for dinner. Their Caesar Salads seem to just get bigger every week. I'm happy that their 20% off Mondays/Tuesdays was reinstated a few weeks ago.

FCD was fine. For a couple tips I wound up with some of the poorer dancers, but I think I helped enough for the square not to break down. The only square I was in that broke down was during an angel tip. Grrrrr.

There were a few guys from the Bearhug at FCD last night. One seemed to be extra frisky with me and asked about this week's Bearhug. He wasn't frisky with me at all during last week's Bearhug. Guess I'm safer clothed. Another square dancer who is usually frisky asked me when he was going to see me naked. I asked if he was going to this week's Bearhug (I didn't know if he even knew what they were). He said that he hasn't been for awhile. He stopped going because he gets into it TOO much. You have to send in a search party to find him. Ooooooooh. Sounds fun. Hope he makes it!
