vacation time

Junior asked me on Sunday if my vacation time increased from two weeks to three weeks after 5 years. I didn't know. One of my gripes at work is only getting two weeks vacation per year. I checked today, and it turns out that after three years, I get three weeks vacation per year. I guess I've been accruing at a higher rate since May. I'd better go home and check my pay stubs to make sure. I'm usually on top of this kind of thing. Nice to be pleasantly surprised. Of course, nothing like the 5 weeks vacation per year I was accruing at my last job or when I was in the Army.
