Slow start

fuzzygrufMonday wasn't all that productive. Without my Steve around, I'm just a lazy bastard.
Work was fine yesterday. I was first to the 10am meeting as usual. My boss asked me about some meeting I attended and commented on how good I'd be as a project manager. Blah Blah Blah. I'd hate that work, but I just said, "Yes. Yes, I would do well at that."
After work, I played on the computer and watched some TV. I did a couple loads of laundry and some of the dishes. Moved some wall pictures downstairs. Not much done.
WSD was not good. At one point we had enough for two squares with Ron, but that wasn't worth much. There were angels who kept screwing up simple calls like Load the Boat. Ron's slow calling just made things awful. Last week with Fen was just fine. Hmmmm. They made some announcements about new possible locations for dancing. None seemed good. The Parks & Rec even suggested that they dance in the upstairs of the restrooms located in Dolores Park. That got laughs. Dolores Park has a reputation of not being safe at night, so leaving there at 9:30pm doesn't sound too appealing. Others choices were Glen Park Rec and also Mission Playground near 19th & Valencia. Sounds like I'll have Monday nights free. The logical choice at this time would be to just merge with FCD. Politics and egos in clubs just suck.
With not enough for two squares, four of us left at 9pm and went to Starbucks. It was too painful to watch the class. I'm SO looking forward to starting my Advanced class in less than 4 weeks. I'm expecting to have some really bad students in there, but at least I can focus on my own floor time.
