After that interesting YMCA visit yesterday afternoon, it was a boring evening for me. Sometimes I need those. With square dancing, I've got some activity nearly every day, so a break is good. Steve was out with Cosmo for dinner and some artsy movie. I did 4 loads of laundry, took out the trash, played the piano and watched TV. How exciting!

Steve met with the new realtor yesterday. Turns out that his old realtor had originally priced his house about 19% higher than what the new realtor says he can expect. After lowering the price 3-4 times, it's still 11% higher than the new realtor's estimates. Wow. I knew the old realtor was bad, but giving Steve these expectations is horrendous. Quite the blow to trying to figure out one's financial planning. We'll manage. I may just have to take that Starbucks job as extra work sooner rather than later. At least it sounds like the new realtor knows what he's doing. Someone is coming in to discuss staging with Steve on Tuesday. With the new realtor, pricing, and staging, I'm confident he'll be able to sell his house soon. It's a great house.
