It's on their website. There's a pdf file you can print out, or they'll send you a "kit" (which is just the printed pdf file).

But the company was nice enough to deputize me, so I can take fittings for other people now.

i was intrigued by their recommendation for using a laser printer rather than an inkjet printer...and then i found out why that is...

it's cause if you've got sweat, spit, or lube on your dick, it smears inkjet printing!
