Treadmill

Thanks to castrowoof for a heads up on a treadmill where delivery is included. After the delivery fiasco this summer where they'd only drop it off on the sidewalk, I've been looking for a someplace that includes real delivery. I ordered a treadmill tonight, and it should be delivered sometime in the next three weeks. I'm excited! I'll need to tinker with some workout playlists for my iPod!

Yesterday we met up with someone from bear411 for coffee. He shared certain interests with both Steve and me, so we had a good chat. The only thing that was odd, was that he said "I'm really not into bears. They seem to like me [he's bearded], so that's why I'm on bear411." Um. Let's review. He's the one who contacted me. Oh well, glad we were only getting together to chat!

Lunched at World Sausage today. I tried the "North Country Polish." Another winner!

I have read that Cher's Believe is a staple of the iPod workout playlist. Personally I'm a big fan of the Pet Shop Boy's Disco 3 and Kylie.
