House across the street for sale

I saw lots of movement at the building across the street yesterday. Old carpets being carried out by workers, windows being cleaned, etc., at both the first floor and second floor units. There's an "offered by" PacficUnion sign on it today. Some realtors were just over with the door open. Within 15 minutes, I saw three different people try to come in for a look. My street is desirable.

I did overhear that there is an open house tomorrow from 2-3pm. Address is 101/103 Caselli. I looked on the pacunion website, but didn't see the listing yet.

Once it's sold, I'm guessing the units will be up for rent soon after. I need to put up signs tomorrow: "Cute bears only, please."

While watching the realtors across the street. I stood on my front steps glaring at a truck parked on the sidewalk on that side of the street. After 10 minutes of staring, someone in charge of the contruction at #78 finally told a worker to move the truck from the sidewalk to the street. The evil eye finally paid off.

Dunno. It's not on the website yet. I'll try to get to the open house tomorrow and get a fact sheet. The neighbors on the lower level would be able to spy directly down into my living room window. I sure hope they're smart enough to use that as a selling point...
