Day 3 of vacation
Jun. 3rd, 2010 07:12 pmOn Wednesday I didn't do anything worthwhile. I woke up feeling sick. I made a trip out for lunch, then later went out to Starbears. First day in several weeks that I didn't take a long walk. Watched TiVo'd Glee last night.
Felt better this morning. I walked from home to the Ferry Building. I wish I had taken my camera. The rainbow flags all along Market Street for Gay Pride Month is always a great sight. I saw 12-galaxies guy Frank Chu. I stopped in at Howard & Main to see my friend Sam in his cafe. Caught Muni back to Church Street Station and then walked home from there.
Weather today was beautiful. Perfect SF weather.
We had lunch at Harvey's, and then we went to the Academy of Sciences. The Rainforest exhibit was closed, and the place wasn't too crowded. We hit the roof, the Plane'arium, and the Aquarium. Nice facilities, but I wasn't blown away.
Spent some time at Starbears with the guys, then came home to make a pasta dinner while Steve's out with a friend. Probably just some domestic chores tonight.
