Dec. 9th, 2009 10:41 amWork's been especially busy. One nurse retired, not replaced. One nurse on maternity leave. One nurse on vacation. Monday we had 160 patients. A bustling day is 110 patients.
Tuesday afternoon was a bit slower. I left early to visit the sleep clinic. The doctor agreed with me that I probably don't have apnea, but he's not sure reasons for my insomnia. I have to go in for an overnight sleep study next Wednesday. If nothing else, it'll prove to my doctor that not all fat people have apnea.
Last night was the last lecture for chemistry. She did some review of the previous week's material, then heaped on the material for this week. Next week's comprehensive final exam is gonna be killer. She said that it'll take more than two hours to finish (we have three hours available). She suggested bringing "quiet snacks" to take during the test. Oy.
