1st Wedding Anniversary
Oct. 10th, 2009 08:22 pmLovely anniversary today. I love my husband. I partly fell in love with him because it seemed he takes the road less traveled. Turns out that road-less-traveled thing is because he has a bad sense of direction. If found, please return to sender.
We walked around this morning looking for breakfast. We ended up going to Embassy Suites. After breakfast, we walked through Chinatown and then to the International Spy Museum. We walked to the National Sculpture Garden (where this photo was taken). Then we headed to Utrecht for poster supplies where we ran into Tracy, one of the poster party coordinators.
Came back to the hotel for a bit, then back to the Embassy Suites again for the poster party. Then we went to the Convention Center to picket the HRC event where the President spoke.
We came back to the hotel for a change of clothes, then we went to Sam & Harry's Steakhouse for dinner. Dinner was decent (overpriced) and my date was stunning. Lovely day with my man.
