Yesterday at lunch, I picked up a couple books that I had requested through the library: "The Devil in the White City" by Erik Larson, and Barack Obama's "Dreams from my Father." Both were recommended by people I know.
Meanwhile, I'm still working on Paul Krugman's "Conscience of a Liberal." Almost done.
It's nice to have time to read non-school books. The current books all seem to relate to my last history class. (I saw this week that I got the earned "A" for the class.)
Thanks to the library, I'm a little embarrassed to read Obama's book in public. They put their Dewey decimal sticker on the spine, as usual. Now the title on the spine reads "Dreams from my Fat."
