Busy Thursday

Yesterday I had an ( interview )

After meeting with him, I dashed home to take out the trash bins and grab a quick bite with Steve at Welcome Home. Tim was the waiter. I'd seen him before, but didn't know he worked there. He's breathtaking. Steve's eyes followed him around all through lunch. Steve eats slower than I do. He said that he'd stay and pay if I needed to get back to work right away. Oh, I see! LOL. I did need to get back, so I left him there to drool.

It was busy at work, and then I had a quick cleaning at the dentist. I had one cavity. He'll take care of that later this month. I explained my work situation, so he'll try to schedule some other insurance-covered items soon after.

After work I walked to the Caltrain station. My pedometer reset itself just a few times yesterday, but I got in around 20,000 steps. Caught the train to Redwood City for my ( C1 class )

I got home around 10:15pm. Steve didn't make it home until well past midnight. I was too tired for much conversation, and he was pretty incoherent anyhow. Looking forward to catching up with him today!

More about last night's C1 class...

Oh, I forgot to mention that last night we learned the tandem concept. Nothing major, I've seen it lots. Easy to do. The typical styling is for the person in back to put one hand on the shoulder of the person in front, and then work as one ("in tandem") to do the call. Too much pausing between saying "in tandem" and then saying the actual call led me to too much "pawsing" of the person in front of me. Um, yeah, that's my, uh, "regional styling." Should prove to be especially fun at Peel-Off. Yeah, I might need to ask certain angels for help working on styling for "in tandem." Yep. That and "Stack the Wood."

DG showed up to angel last night. He was really flirty. Normal handholds turned into finger rubbing, etc. Woofs. His quiet flirtatiousness is incredibly sexy.
