That damned pedometer has a reset button that is just too easy to push. I accidentally reset it who-knows-how-many times yesterday. At least four. Still, I managed to check it every now and then, so I see that my daily routine should already equal at least 10,000 steps (more on square dance days), which is often an initial goal. That goal must be for people who just go from their house to their car to work and reverse. Once I figure out how to use the pedometer better, I'll come up with a goal to increase my walking.

Steve was down in Redwood City for the afternoon, and then he had a meeting in SF in the evening, so I had a free night to myself. There was no MS dancing in the City last night, and I didn't have an arranged ride down to go dancing in Palo Alto. Wow, a Wednesday without dancing.

I decided to go to the Lone Star for South Park. Nearly every Wednesday evening for my first two years in SF, I went to the LS to watch South Park at 7pm. But now I can't remember the last time I did that. Vic and Dave were there, so I got to visit with them. It was the "Metrosexual" episode of SP, which is pretty fun. I stayed until 8pm and then caught Muni home. I ordered a pizza (which I'm also banning after Saturday) and watched some TV.

Steve got home at 10pm. Played a game of Scrabble before going to bed.
