Did the gym around 3:30pm yesterday. Had lunch meetings so couldn't make it earlier. 3:30pm is still dead gym time. Good. While on the treadmill, I watched some big rig in the bay right outside the window. It was hammering in some concrete pylons. Thump thump thump.

Got back to work and left messages for my DTC contact. Finished up and out of the office around 5pm. Late day.

Steve made blackened salmon for dinner. Smells up the flat, but tastes damned good. Very Atkins-friendly.

The last Intro night at FCD was ok. I tried to sit out a few tips, but was dragged in to fill a void most of the times. I only got to sit out the very last tip. Andy did teach how to swing your partner. Something I need to learn for the "boy" position. Demos were fun. I talked to Steve Arnold for awhile. He and Will have moved in together already. Wow! That was fast! And they live right around the block from me. We'll have to make 'em dinner buddies. I think Double-0-Steven would swap "dinner" with another word in deference to Will's cuteness factor.

John Bauder's birthday is today. Happy Birthday, buddy!

Watched the latest edition of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy last night. The guy already seemed pretty much like a metrosexual. Even his apartment wasn't too bad. Compared to other guys in previous weeks, he started out looking better than some of them did afterwards. Too bad they didn't do anything with his hair. I did enjoy how well they improved his apartment with color. I especially like the idea of doubling up the bookcases and adding a library ladder. Doesn't seem like it'd be easy to do, but would love someone to do that at my place.

I didn't really care for Boy Meets Boy. Seemed less appealing than its straight counterparts. Looks like it might get more interesting as things progress, but the first episode just had too many guys, with too little info. The twist about some of the guys being straight seems pretty retarded. With all of them being twinks, none appealed to me, and some just repulsed me. The hostess irritates me. God, I thought they stopped making that hair color in 1988.
