Falling in love again

fuzzygrufHad a nice Valentine's dinner last night. Steve made delicious steak & potatoes. :-P
On the way to work this morning, I dropped off a book at the Western Addition library. On the block from there to my office, I stepped onto a large, round grate in the sidewalk. It was askew, and it tipped into my step. "Luckily," I landed on the sidewalk instead of falling 10 feet down the hole. It was like a big bear trap! At 6:30am, there were no witnesses.
My knee is sore. My doctor didn't have any appointments available, but he did return my call and told me to "baby" my leg this week. It only hurts when I go to stand up. Or when I walk up stairs. Or when I walk down stairs. Or if I move it. I'm sure it's nothing serious, but like Yogi, I've got a booboo.
Now to see if I have any leftover Vicodin. An upside!
