Saturday stuff

We went out for a couple slices at lunch yesterday. "Buy one, get one free" is a coupon I enjoy. I'll be banning pizza after the 10th for awhile, so may as well enjoy it now.

Went to Starbears. Wow, SUNSHINE! Talked to ricksf while we stood out front recharging ourselves in the sunlight. Stopped by Cala on the way home for a few things. Saw Mike. Looking forward to chatting with him more at the LS on Sunday afternoon. With his schedule, I don't see him much except at Cala.

Steve napped, and I worked on a square dance flyer for him for IBR. We then headed out to the LS for a couple hours. Talked to biggerzbetter for a bit and with Eric, who was one of the tourists I met on Friday night. I learned to introduce a tourist as "someone who is visiting" and just leave it at that. That obviously leads the other person to initiate "From where are you visiting?" and, voila, conversation. Spoke to SC George for awhile. I've been seeing him at the LS a lot lately. That's a good thing.

After a non-effective stop at Office Max, we came home and Steve made spaghetti and meatballs. His meatballs are the best in the world!

I have never been too impressed with Office Max on Duboce/13th. I like the place better near Serramonte.

If you want to talk about non-effective stops at stores then you have to throw in the CompUSA on Market. That place is always a mess and no one wants to help you.
