Work was productive yesterday. Met with the user and got sign off on testing. Finished some document for my boss as schedule. I did attend some poorly done traing about doing self-evals. Highlight was lunch with my honey.

The last couple Thursday trips to Redwood City have been a bit rushed, so I took an earlier train yesterday. Gave me time to eat at Fresh Choice, then sipped coffee at Starbucks for awhile and studied for class. I knew Redwood City had a reputation of being lower class, and I found that this Starbucks proved it. Crazy people in the City are one thing. Crazy people in the suburbs seems odder. A woman with a bug in her hair was bouncily awaiting her cup of "four shots of espresso."

Class was fine. It was a bit boring, and my mind wandered off a lot. Missed some calls that way, so looked like a dufus a few times. I can't believe he had to review 2/3 Recycle for another half hour. Eric & Don dropped class, and there were several other "usual" angels missing. We still had three squares.

Last week, John said he'd give me a ride home again this week. After class, I asked if we were still on for the ride, and he had forgotten. The car already had five people. I sprinted to catch the 9:32pm train. I got there in time, winded, then waited for the 5-minute-late train. At least I didn't have to wait for the 11pm train. With the commute, I arrived home around 11:30pm, as opposed to 10pm if I'd have gotten a ride. Grrrrrr. Oh well. They are saying that there probably won't be a C1 class next year, so I'm glad to have the chance to take the class now.
