fuzzygrufSkipped church in the morning to do more cleaning. Arthur was coming over later to check on the leak from upstairs, so we wanted the place to be fairly decent.
Steve made bacon and eggs for lunch. Fennel in the omelet was good.
Went to Midnight Squares for Advanced class. Steve did fine. It worked out well that we had gone over the calls during the week. We avoided being in any squares with Joy. One of her squares seemed to break down on every sequence. And that was BEFORE they had gone over Chain Reaction.
Got home from class, changed, then went over to Tom Kelly's housewarming party. We got out of the car, and someone yelled down to me from a deck above me. It was Michael Gilbert, my barber. I guess he lives across the street from Tom. Due to our class, we arrived at the party about 30 minutes before it ended. Tom gave Steve some good info on workshops for writers.
After Tom's, we went to beer bust at the Lone Star. Decent crowd. I got to visit with Vic & Dave. I chatted with Jim Graham a lot about Challenge dancing before he went off to pursue daddybears.
