Friday went to lunch with

double_ohsteven at Miyabe.

Steve and I then caught the #22 bus to Bryant, then walked from there to Costco. I picked up my new eyeglasses. We picked up a few more things that could be stuffed into my backpack. We then walked back to 16th Street and caught the #33 bus home.

Steve decided not to go square dancing, but I kept my original plans to go visit

pinkfish in Oakland. Dean's place was nice, and the evening weather was nice.

I walked back to the 19th Street BART station this morning, passing Fairyland along the way. And I thought that *I* lived in Fairyland.

Got home in time to make Steve's coffee. Went to the Cove for a Gardenburger, then to Starbears for coffee. Stopped at Delano's on the way home and picked up some stuff for Steve to make gumbo.

Steve spent the afternoon making gumbo while I, well, did nothing. After dinner, I went for a long walk. Now it's time for Scrabble. Ta da.
