Yesterday afternoon I went to Steve's and moved in his trash bin. I boxed up some kitchen stuff and moved a couple boxes to the City. There's still a lot to pack at his place, but we'll do that when he returns. I started to move some stuff around in the kitchen to better make room for Steve's stuff. When I moved in, things went any which place. I'm pretty sure we have enough storage space in the kitchen for all our stuff, but it's just matter of organizing it well.

I spoke to Steve's realtor today. I guess he left an email for Steve yesterday. Seems that we need to get a handyman in to do some work on the hot water heater, smoke detectors, and give the new folks a $500 credit for a leaky washbasin. Sounds reasonable. Hope Steve is able to reply via email soon.
