"Three Good Things"
May. 31st, 2011 09:22 pmLast week I read some self-help book from the library with a good title "Don't Miss Your Life" by Joe Robinson. One theme throughout the book was "dancing." It even mentioned square dancing at one point. I might give that a try one of these days.
I thought the book was pretty lame, but it was aimed at workaholics and people who make a sustainable income. Despite not being the target audience, I kept with it. It was a slow read. One thing I gleaned from the book was to make a list at the end of the day of three good things that happened that day. I've been doing that for several days. Sometimes it does help to recognize good things when they are happening. That certainly can't hurt.
