More broken
Jan. 12th, 2010 06:42 pmI went in for a follow-up to my sleep study. Turns out that I slept a total of 6.5 hours, more than most people at a sleep study! (This was the night after my chemistry final.)
I don't have Steve's brand of apnea: snore, stop breathing, gasp for breath, twitch. But, it turns out I do have apnea after all. I was getting about 78% oxygen during sleep. That's less than Steve. (The doctor said that apnea is anything less than 89%.)
I guess the sleep study was more revealing than I thought. I was just hoping the doctor could tell me something about my insomnia. Rats.
