Turns out he's versatile
Aug. 20th, 2009 06:26 amI've decided to name my rice cooker Chinh. After last week's stellar first performance with plain white rice, I got Chinh to make some Mexican Rice last night to go with Steve's shrimp/crab enchilladas.
Last night's prep time for Chinh was 5-10 minutes. Once I push his buttons, there's nothing else to do but wait. His "cook" light will eventually get off. Then it's just a matter of eating it and washing up. Yum. He's working out well.
