Date for annual SF picnic

I'm looking to mark the calendar for the annual picnic in Dolores Park for Livejournal and their new significant other, Facebook.

Any major conflicts going on in SF for September 12th or the alternate date September 19th? The picnic will be from 12pm-2pm.
