2010? 2012?
Jul. 15th, 2009 10:32 amLast night, Steve and I went to the LGBT Center for the two-hour "Get Engaged" tour. They presented some indepth polling statistics done in May. A theme of the meeting was repealing prop 8 in 2012 vs 2010.
There were many groups represented, but no particular group was in charge. Those in charge seemed to lean toward 2012. A straw poll was taken at the beginning of the session, and a majority of audience there favored 2010. After some very convincing statements from those in the audience, a few more people at the end of the night were leaning toward 2010. (And then 2012, 2014, etc.) I'm not so sure the representatives from the various groups were convinced.
