An actual raise

Since I started working here in 2006, I once got a 60¢ per hour increase for a promotion. About a month ago, I got a 60¢ per hour raise, and there was supposed to be another one soon (after months and months and months of union negotiations).

I checked today, and it shows another $3 per hour increase. Yay! I'll take it!

Dang Midterm

My History midterm was pretty damned difficult. All that studying helped, but still, I'm sure I missed quite a bit. Next time, at least I'll know better how to study for his tests.

The class is keeping me challenged, which is something I wasn't expecting. Hopefully I'll remember something. Or be condemned to repeat it.
