I made sure to get out early enough today to see the 1pm tow truck parade. The tow trucks are always a highlight!
Usually, the parking is halted at 2pm on Market and 3pm around Castro & 18th. The 1pm parking ban this year is a double-fuck for the Castro merchants. They are losing a couple hours of afternoon business in addition to their normally biggest night of business. The extra time was being used to put up barricades to limit people-crushing to the sidewalks.

howbearca said would be delivered. I'm not sure I wanna venture out tomorrow morning!
sgtchuck was already on-duty being his charming self. Lots of nutjobs out there already. Chuck just rolled his eyes at the sleeping nut pictured below.
There was a bible-thumper at Hibernia Beach screaming at passersby. The annual kids parade went by, and I think the bible-thumper scared the shit out of some of the kids.
Is it just me, or does this Sleeping Beauty's purse not match the shoes?
