Steve's surgery
Feb. 7th, 2007 03:46 pmI took Steve in to St. Mary's at around 8:45am this morning via the #33. I waited around for about an hour or so with him. I left to work as the nurse was getting him set with the IV.
The surgery seemed to take awhile. They finally called around 2:30pm to let me know Steve was ready. They didn't really say how the surgery went. "It seemed to go okay." They won't really know until tomorrow when Steve goes in for a follow up appointment. Steve seems okay, just groggy.
When I posted about Steve's surgery,
ozdachs sent a note offering to give him a ride home. Excellent! We took him up on the offer. He's done this a couple times now. Steve needs to stop having surgery! Thanks, Galen.
So, just a restful night at home. Someone hide Steve's bell...
p.s. Thanks to everyone for the good wishes.
