L'edge & Sausage Factory

I went with double_ohsteven and bconn to L'Edge last night and saw the people that rootbeer1 chronicled. (I was waiting for him to post and list all those names!)

I got to sit next to howbearca at dinner and chat with him. Afterwards at Starbears I got to chat more with the 4-Seasonal gregorsf and the mischief-inspiring owenthomas. We got to "enjoy" the brisk weather that carytown and hubby Greg brought with them. They really ought to pace themselves...

I'm still feeling a bit miserable. Brian and Steve will be off to the DeYoung today. I'll study for my class and try to practice calling some choreo. My cough isn't helping with that! Looks like I'll bag on PACE dancing tomorrow to save my energy for my evening class. Hiss.

I just stayed in this afternoon. I had thought of going to Starbears and Walgreens for more otc medicine, but I crashed for a couple hours. I'm wondering if I accidentally took Nyquil instead of Dayquil?

double_ohsteven and bconn came home later in the afternoon from their excursion to the windmills DeYoung in Golden Gate Park. Sounded like a good day for that. We went out to Sumi for dinner. I pass that place every day, but I've never eaten there. I had their cioppino, which I liked. I'm not usually a fan of most tomato based stews, but this one I liked.

Still not feeling great, I came home after dinner while the boys went to L'Edge and godknowswhere. Hopefully all the rest today will give me energy for tomorrow's class.

Oh yeah, the job thing

I also applied for a couple jobs today: one at UCSF and one in Laurel Heights.

Next week I'm checking into going back to school to finish what I started.
