Wow, what a warm day in San Francisco!
Steve and I made our way down to the Castro and hung out at Starbears for awhile. Steve then headed home to study for the class he's teaching tonight and also to pack for his trip. He leaves on Wednesday to go to Spain for three weeks. I'm happy for him, but I'm still all sad panda, too.
While Steve was busy, I went to a great BBQ hosted by Bert & Dave and Richard & Neale. I did make a mistake of walking to their place at Hill Street via 18th to Church, but once there, it only took me three hours to catch my breath. ;-) It was a perfect day for a BBQ, and I knew all the guests except for two. Great food, great company, great weather. Thanks, guys!
Jordan gave me a ride home, so I didn't have to navigate the hills. Yay. Now just a quiet evening at home before heading back to school tomorrow.
