(no subject)

My PC that died a week after I got my laptop? (September? October?) Well, bigjohnsf got it up and running today. Bad video card. BAD video card, no biscuit!

We popped down to Central Computer for a replacement, then John had it up and running soon after we got back. Yay!

School daze

Another early morning studying for a test. I thought I did a good job of studying, but I still had to guess on about 4 questions. Got 'em all correct. I love multiple choice.

In lab we learned how to scrub for surgery and how to don surgical gloves. We had to scrub each hand/forearm for 5 minutes with a brush. Ouch. We also learned how to sterilized stuff in the Autoclave. Every time the Autoclave would *DING*, I couldn't help but say "FRIES ARE UP!"

We have tomorrow off. Looking forward to sleeping in past 5am!
