Weekend sans Steve
Feb. 6th, 2005 08:05 amI was alone most of the weekend.
double_ohsteven left on Friday afternoon for a retreat down in San Luis Obispo. He'll be returning this afternoon in time for his C1 class.
My only outings were a couple trips down to Starbears to force myself out of the house.
I did some laundry and some cleaning, but used the time to catch up watching some videos. I watched the entire first season of my newly-acquired 'Allo 'Allo DVD. I hadn't seen this show in years. It's over 20 years old, but as with most good Britcoms, it holds up well. Looking forward to getting season two next month!
I also watched Nurse Betty for the first time. It was not at all what I was expecting. I'm not a fan of blood and guts or much violence. Still, the movie was intriguing. I even watched most of the DVD's special features.
Now off to study before class this afternoon...
