I love my City
Feb. 3rd, 2005 05:29 pmAnother beautiful near-70-degree day in San Francisco. Yesterday I was "out of it," so I didn't enjoy much of it. I had taken some Contact the night before, and it seemed to make affect me all day. My cold seemed to be gone, but I was just in a depressed mood. A quick outing to Starbears didn't help much. By evening, things seemed better.
Was glad to see sun again today. The monthly SF Muni pass is good through the 3rd day of the next month, so Steve used my January pass, and we caught the streetcar at Embaradero up to Fisherman's Wharf. Had lunch at Pompei's Grotto, then walked up to Ghiradelli Square. Had some sweets, then caught the cable car to Powell/Market, and then back to the Castro.

kitchenbeard, sf_luke, and other assorted riffraff. After a decent spell in the sun, we caught the #33 up the hill.
Tonight is C2/C3A square dancing. Tomorrow, Steve leaves for a weekend retreat. Guess I should think about my own weekend plans!
