fuzzygrufI had a conference call on Friday with a half dozen people. At the end of the call, my boss mentions that "Gary will send out minutes from this call." Uh, what? B. Most of the call had nothing to do with me, so I spaced off lots of it. She called me immediately afterwards to let me know that the call had been recorded, so I'd just need to listen to it AGAIN. Grrrrrr. That really ate into my day. Isn't it common sense to assign a minute-taker before or at the beginning of the call?
In the afternoon I did make it to the gym to the treadmill. I was feeling all recovered from the flu and lower back pain. Listening to my walkman sure makes the time go by more quickly. I showered and steamed. I forgot about what time it was. I was in the steamroom the same time as the previous Friday. The guy who pursued me the prior week was in there to do the same. There were both "suits" and "towels-only" in the steamroom. The pursuing latino came and sat between me and one of the suits. The suit guy was not budging, but kept his eyes closed.
