Tuesday night at ECR

fuzzygrufSteve and I had dinner at Marie Callender's. A pot pie sounded good. It was not. I'd rather have had one of those tin foil pot pies. The broccoli was overcooked. It should at least resemble green, no?
Got to ECR about 6:45pm. Rich was calling A2. Kewl. I didn't think they'd be doing that. I walked in as he was calling "All Eight Quarter In." A couple people couldn't figure out the "adjust" rule, so Rich told them to ask me, since "Gary knows those definitions really well." LOL. I had emailed Rich about that call a couple months ago. He has a good memory. Rich was the eighth dancer in the square, so I stepped in for him. He did some good calling. It was quick pace, and lots of fun. I had no hesitation, and Pete remarked, "How do you do that??" LOL.
The rest of the evening was fun. Luckily I sat out Neil's "teddy bear tip." It was fun to watch, though. Andy called a long A2 tip. The other square messed up every single time. Ours was fine for the most part, although I totally screwed up a "Do Three-Quarters thru 3 times." My brain didn't process the "thru" part at all. Damned fractions!
